• The download link will also be available in the 'My Account' section of our website for your convenience.

Returns and Refunds:
 

• All digital download products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please review the product details carefully before making a purchase.

Physical Products

Shipping:
 

• Physical products typically ship within 3 to 7 business days, subject to availability. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Returns and Exchanges:
 

• We do not accept returns on physical products. However, exchanges are possible under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product for exchange.
